It’s a great day for our guests in making memories to last a lifetime during the the first of many to occur TriState Events International Women’s Day Expos to be hosted here at the Frederick Maryland Elks Lodge.

For our guests, meet two emerging fashion boutique entrepreneurs who have opened a new fashion boutique called Black & Blush Boutique, LLC located in Chambersburg, PA and watch as their modern yet trendy new styles, fashions, and accessories fashions take your breath away during their live on site fashion show.

Check out the hottest new trends in skincare and beauty with Mary Kay Skincare and Cosmetics, and other local Salons & Spas, and take part in various Exhibitor demonstrations while joining us later in the afternoon as we enjoy and present for you local entertainment (TBD). Guests will also leave with fresh ideas for making their life even better in all aspects including health and wellness.

TriState Event Planning Services “TriState Events” presents its first to begin a series of annual International Women’s Day Expo is a day created just for women on a global scale to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

TICKETS/ADMISSION:
Each exhibitor & sponsor will be provided with 2 complimentary tickets per booth.

Attendee Tickets: $5 per ticket
Portion of proceeds


Tickets will be emailed or mailed to each exhibitor 1 month out from the event. Please contact Cindy Burgener at 717-765-6620 with requests for additional tickets.


PHOTO RELEASE:
By entering the premises, you and any booth staff have given the show permission to use your photo likeness in any publicity for the show.


EXHIBITOR / ATTENDEE INFORMATION:
Please be aware that TriState Events does not sell or share exhibitor/attendee information. If you receive an email offering access to these lists, please know that we are not affiliated with any third party list generating company nor have we authorized the use of exhibitor/attendee information for other purposes.


NO SHOWS:
If you do not arrive to occupy your booth space after registering, you will be charged and invoiced an ADDITIONAL $250 for NO SHOW. If said Vendor fails to remit his or her $250 NO SHOW penalty upon receiving stated invoice, TriState Events is governed under Pennsylvania law to then proceed with collection activity to collect any legally binding funds due as a result of NO SHOW participates.


SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN:
Set-up time for Exhibitors will be provided as we get closer to the date of the event. The event ends at 5:00 p.m. Vendors/Exhibitors MAY NOT TEAR DOWN UNTIL THE END OF THE EVENT, at which time Vendors/Exhibitors may retrieve theirs vehicles to relocate them closer to the building after all of said Vendors booth space has been packed up and ready to be loaded.
A $200.OO FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EARLY DISMANTLING AND DEPARTURE OF YOUR BOOTH(S).

BOOTH SET-UP:
Each 8' x 10' booth includes a 8’ table cloth covered table, 2 folding chairs, and 1 identification sign.

NAME BADGES:
It is the goal
Of TriState Events to print name badges for each participant to wear in the event you do not have a company provided name badge.


LUNCH:
Lunch will be available to purchase at the Elks Lodge Bar & Grill. No outside food or drinks are permitted within the Ells Lodge.



PROMOTE YOURSELF!
Each Vendor/Exhibitor must do his or her part to help promote the event as well by sharing the event across his or her social media platforms, emailing, texting, or somehow communicating with his or her customer base to communicate their participation in said event as it is equally important for each Vendor/Exhibitor to promote himself and/or herself as well as his or her products through advertising, branding, marketing campaigns for all events he or she participates in rather than solely being dependent upon the Show’s Promoter/Event Planner.


It is not the responsibility of the Show Promoter/Event Planner, typically one in the same, to conduct branding or marketing for your product or business as it is his or her ONLY responsibility to promote the event itself. It is also the responsibility of each and every Vendor/Exhibitor to remain at his or her Booth Space during the entire Show/Event to reduce loss of sales. It is imperative that Vendors/Exhibitors bring Helpers for such things as Bathroom or Smoke Breaks. TriState Events will not be held responsible for lack of sales on any Vendors/Exhibitors part due to negligence, thefts, or losses in sales on his or her part in leaving his or her Booth Space unattended for bathroom or frequent smoke breaks.



TriState Events also encourages each and every Vendor/Exhibitor to let friends, family, customers, coworkers, places you frequent often such as grocery stores, salons, post office, etc. and others across social media platforms know you will be a participant at the 2020 TriState Events International Women’s Day Expo being hosted at the Frederick, Maryland Elks Lodge! Use your company’s communication platforms to invite clients … and potential clients …to join us on March 7th between 10am to 5pm and be sure to stop by to visit your booth while visiting our Expo to say “Hello!” and for a personal, informal chat!

TIPS FOR VENDORS/EXHIBITORS

BOOTH DISPLAY, SET-UP, & SUCCESS:
For a successful Show/Event, TriState Events will be offering a webinar after January 1, 2020 but just in time for the March 7, 2020 Show/Event which will offer tips for Vendors/Exhibitors/Craftspeople/Direct Sales Representatives as well as anyone interested in learning new innovative ways of reorganizing ones Trade Shows/Craft & Vendor Shows/Arts & Craft Shows Booth Space into an inviting/welcoming store front as well as what “Not To Do” and what “To Do” during Trade Shows/Craft & Vendor Shows/Arts & Craft Shows.


We will explore some alternative guidelines for positioning booth layouts that demonstrate to attendees that you are ready to make a sale. The webinar also includes how vital tables and chairs layout is to your booth space along with body language, eye contact, conversations with attendees including “What to Say” & “What Not to Say”. These webinars will be a series of half hour sessions with individual topics per session at a low low session fee of just $5 per half hour session. DOOR PRIZES:
Offering a donated door prize to TriState Events to be utilized as one of the raffle prizes for the 2020 International Expo Women’s Expo can enhance your company’s exposure at the expo. Requested value is $20 or more for said donated door prize donation for raffle prize. Prize must be received no later than February 15th at our office located at 32 E. Main Street Waynesboro, PA 17268 in order for your prize to be listed on the expo events local website and in the 2020 International Women’s Expo Guide.


In addition, Vendors may offer door prizes within their booth space to enhance their company exposure at the expo as well. If Vendor’s offer a door prize at their booth with a value of $20.00 or more, he or she will have that prize also listed within a different section of the Expo Website as well as within the Women’s Expo Guide.


STIPULATIONS:
Helium balloons are not permitted and please refrain from using yardsticks as giveaways.
