OEA Women in Energy 2020: a new decade
When: March 4 2020
Where: Toronto, Canada
This event brings together women and men in the energy workforce to network, share their experiences and discuss how the industry is supporting gender diversity, and where improvements can be made.
For this year’s event, the dawn of a new decade presents an opportunity to take stock: to look at where OEA Women in Energy has been; to assess where they are today; and to look ahead to the future of women in Ontario’s energy sector.
Come join your colleagues for a discussion with a panel of energy industry leaders.
WHERE WE'VE BEEN
The event panelists represent a diverse cross-section of women leaders in the energy sector. Each will look back and discuss how the sector has done over the past decade while providing their own experience in navigating through the energy sector.
WHERE WE ARE
Panelists will then give their assessment as to where the energy sector is with respect to the environment for participation of women in the sector.
WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Finally, the panel will discuss what OEA Women in Energy needs to do to continue making progress in increasing the participation of women in the energy sector.
