HCL Technologies is proud to stand together with the International Women’s Day organization in voicing out its position in raising awareness against bias, celebrating women's achievements, and encouraging its employees to help create a gender equal workplace … an #EachforEqual world.
Through sustained programs and initiatives HCL has moved the needle positively on gender diversity which stands at 26.67% (an improvement of 1.8% over the last year).
There has also been a significant increase of women in leadership positions to 13.42% (an increase of 3.5% over FY'19). We have consistently and consciously furthered this cause through in-organization initiatives and have created a larger social environment that facilitates gender-equal workspaces.
