MEET YOUR SPEAKERS

Vivian Alvo, Consultant Associate at Blanchard and SLII Master Trainer, brings 25+ years in HR and leadership across global brands. She leads programs across Latin America and coaches senior leaders on culture, inclusion, and change.

Nancy Biggar, Blanchard Consulting Partner and Leadership Coach, has 20+ years of global experience supporting leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. She is a Master Facilitator of The SLII Experience and an ICF Associate Certified Coach.

Stephanie Mo, CEO and Chief Learning Officer of Blanchard Leadership Korea, is a Global Master Trainer with 20+ years of leadership development experience across Asia-Pacific. She works with global organizations and delivers programs in English and Korean.

Xenia Sotiriou, co-founder of Olive Consulting and a Blanchard Authorized Partner, is a consultant and executive coach with 20+ years of experience. She holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology and was Blanchard Partner of the Year in 2023 and 2024.

Asha Sridhar, Blanchard Coach and Trainer, has coached leaders since 2008. With a background in senior HR and talent roles, she supports leaders in reaching clear goals and building strong communication, coaching in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
