I created this painting in a class called Art from the Heart, at Arscura.
I started my healing journey when I was 15 years old. When I created this piece, I had a feeling of Complete joy and release.
I felt liberated, finally, in my fifties.
Let's release our burdens and hurts that were never about us in the first place.
