It is one of the premier institutions providing social welfare and defence programmes like Shelter Home for victims against domestic violence, Drug Dependance Reduction Programme, training, , HIV prevention activities among Transgender, social justice and legal aid related activities, and programme support to weaker section of the society. Dale View prides itself of being the first and foremost institution in Kerala working for the Transgender community. The organization has got an interdisciplinary team of more than 100 highly qualified experts in various functional and thematic areas.
