Elsa Shiju is an American Space enthusiast, speaker and middle school.
Shiju is an aspiring astronaut and ever since she was a little girl, Elsa has had her heart set on stars.
At only 3 years old she told her father, "Daddy, I want to be an astronaut and be one of the people that go to Mars".
He had no idea that seemingly offhand statement would actually become the birth of a meaningful lifelong endeavour.
Shiju is an inspiring young girl born on 4 November 2008 in League City, Texas , United States.
She was inspired by CSA Astronaut Chris Hadfield.
She is also a member of The Mars Generation 2017.
