Sally Lamie, an inspiring leader in the defence and aerospace industry, is recognized for her excellence and influence across global markets. She inspires women to drive impact and excel in their fields.

Sally is General Manager at an international defence and security company specialising in training and operational support solutions for global defence and security customers. She drives strategy and business growth, empowers teams across multiple units, and leads market success through vision and execution.

Previously, Sally led international teams for a global defence and space company, overseeing market development and export growth across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Latin America, and North America, strengthening global expansion and positioning.

Prior to joining the defence industry, Sally held key roles across consultancy and technology sectors. Her outstanding performance consistently earned recognition both within the organizations she worked for and across the broader industry landscape.

She holds an MBA in Management from the University of Atlanta, a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree.

Since 2020, she has been an official public speaker, delivering motivational and inspirational keynotes at national and international organizations. In 2021, she published her first book, She Dares, a collaborative work that shares the powerful stories of 36 inspiring women from nine countries.
