In this session, we will address gender bias in communication and elevate the conversation with a bold, transformative approach:

Unpacking Inclusion and Equity focused on gender: We’ll dive deep into the authentic meaning of inclusion and equity, using both historical and contemporary contexts related to gender and intersectionality, to expose and address the systemic exclusions embedded in our institutions.
Deconstructing Unconscious Bias: Through my unique intercultural and intersectional lens, we will confront and dismantle unconscious biases that shape our perceptions, attitudes, and actions.
