Male Southwire employee designs a winning cake for International Women's Day

At Southwire, men are firmly engaged when it comes to women's equality.
One of the company's Women's Network male allies designed an exciting International Women's Day cake that included fondant characters of the Women's Network participants in the iconic #BalanceforBetter pose.
The company also set up a photo booth for delegates to capture their moments of celebration.
The company was keen to raise awareness about the positive impact women make to the company and they also wanted to highlight the wider global reach of IWD itself.

Southwire's cake was bright and IWD-branded to help raise awareness about gender parity and to support the #BalanceforBetter theme.
